Guided by a passion for purpose-driven work, she uses her expertise to help organizations connect with audiences and bring their missions to life.
Karl Morris, MBA
Executive Technology Consultant | Innovator | Strategic Leader
Karl Morris is an innovative, results driven technology consultant with over 18 years of experience in leadership, sales strategy, and client engagement. He has held executive roles at Microsoft, Google, Twilio, and VMware, where he led strategic initiatives and drove innovation across global teams.
Karl holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and is a lifetime member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, reflecting his commitment to academic excellence and professional integrity. As an entrepreneur, he has launched and advised ventures spanning technology, consulting, and business development.
Throughout his career, Karl has worked with a number of Fortune 100 organizations, delivering measurable value and fostering long term partnerships. His leadership style is grounded in integrity, adaptability, and a passion for helping people and organizations thrive in dynamic markets.
Lyndsey McFail
Director of Social Media, Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI) | Digital Strategist | Creator
Lyndsey McFail is the Director of Social Media at Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI), where she leads digital strategy to spotlight songwriters, amplify BMI’s presence at major festivals, and drive creative social media campaigns. Under her leadership, BMI’s social channels have grown over 60%, with standout initiatives like the Webby nominated Emoji That Track and BMI Jam Sessions.
A graduate of Clark Atlanta University and Georgetown University, Lyndsey began her career in New York City managing social media for brands like ESSENCE, BET, and The Maury Show.
She is also the Owner and Creator of Top 3! Games, a music trivia card game celebrating R&B and Hip Hop, currently sold in 15 retailers nationwide including the STAX Music Museum and the National Museum of African American Music.
Lyndsey resides in Harlem, New York.

Miranda Edmonds is a customer experience and operations leader with over 20 years of expertise creating people-centered systems that inspire confidence and connection. As Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Learning Event Management, she transforms complex processes into meaningful, human-focused experiences. Also the owner of a thriving skincare studio, Miranda empowers clients through education and care—rooted in her belief, shaped at MAC and Sephora, that great service begins with genuine human connection.

Vickie has led regional campaigns focused on health education and recruitment, including a pivotal initiative to encourage African American participation in the National Marrow Donor Program.
Her work also includes promoting a national caregiver hotline as a vital resource for caregiving families and coordinating a groundbreaking national study on caregiving among minority women.
Vickie brings to the board a wealth of experience, a heart for service, and a strategic mindset that supports inclusive growth and meaningful impact.
Quimari Mullins
Creative | Educator | Community Advocate
Quimari Mullins is a creative, educator, and community advocate whose work is rooted in faith, service, and storytelling. She brings a deep commitment to uplifting others through creativity and connection.
Guided by her relationship with God and grounded in her role as both a teacher and a daughter, she approaches this board role with compassion, intentionality, and a heart for building spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
